摘要 基于我国动车组空调机组主要结构功能特点,从故障变化趋势和规律、故障模式影响分析等方面,对严重影响动车组运用和舒适性的空调机组运用故障进行了重点分析。分析表明,我国动车组空调机组总体质量稳定、可控,空调机组具有很强的季节性工作特点,空调机组故障应急处置能力一定程度上影响着其故障后果,压缩机、蒸发风机、冷凝风机、空调控制装置等少数关键部件主导了空调故障率水平。为此,建议从动车组空调机组的设计、制造、运用、维修等全寿命周期各环节开展优化工作。 Based on the main structure and function characteristics of the EMU in China, this paper analyzes the faults of the air condi- tioning units which seriously affect the operation and comfort of the EMU, from the aspects of the trend and rule of the fault and the influence of the failure modes. The analysis shows that the overall quality of the aivconditioning units in EMU is stable and controllable, and the air-conditioning units have strong seasonal characteristics. The emergency response capability of the air-conditioning units affects the consequences of the faults. Compressors, evaporators, condensing fans, air conditioning control devices and a few key components dominate the air conditioning failure rate level. To this end, recommend points are EMU air conditioning units from the design, manufacture, use, maintenance and other aspects of life cycle to carry out optimization work.
