摘要
在深入研究ATO停车系统组成和控制原理的基础上,针对南宁地铁1号线ATO停车对标精度整体不佳问题进行分析并通过现场调查与试验,得出电空配合—气制动阶段的特性与闸瓦动作次数之间的规律,提出了优化车辆制动性能及ATO算法的相关整改措施,解决了ATO停车对标不佳问题,并且对整改措施进行了风险评估以及探讨,确保整改措施安全、可靠。
Based on the intensive study of the composition and control principle of ATO parking system, overall poor stopping accuracy of ATO of the Nanning Metro Line 1 was analyzed. Through field investigation and experiment, the rules between characteristics of electro- pneumatic braking--air braking and brake--shoe action numbers were obtained. The relevant corrective measures of optimizing the vehicle braking performance and ATO algorithm were put forward. The problem of poor parking benchmarking of ATO was solved. The risk assessment and discussion of corrective measures was made to ensure the safety and reliability.
