On the challenge of tacit knowledge of law education and response in the background of “internet + ”

摘要 鉴于隐性知识对于法学教育的重要作用,互联网时代的法学教育需直面隐性知识的挑战。重申法学教育的目的、把握知识转移的一般规律、创新隐性知识传承的具体方法、选择适合于隐性知识特性的网络教学技术,是"互联网+法学教育"时代认真对待隐性知识的可能路径。 It is generally believed that the combination of the Internet and education of law plays a positive role in knowledge spread. With knowledge pedigree observation, what is suitable on Internet is explicit knowledge of law, rather than tacit knowledge. In view of the important role of tacit knowledge in legal education and the conflict between Internet technology and the tacit knowledge, we still need to face the challenge of tacit knowledge, and take tacit knowledge seriously. Reiterating the purpose of the law education, grasping the general rule of knowledge transfer, innovating methods to tacit knowledge transfer, and choosing suitable teaching technology are possible paths for tacit knowledge in Internet age.
