镇江高星级酒店实习管理模式探索

酒店专业的实习管理经过多次改革和创新,模式呈现多样化。镇江高星级酒店中运用较广泛的是"订单"培养模式和"工学交替"模式,这两种模式在实施过程中也逐渐显现出不足。在对中高职实习生这一群体进行深入调查和研究后,构建镇江高星级酒店实习管理的"三赢"模式。

The hotel professional practice management after reforms and innovation takes on modes of diversification.
