《舌尖上的中国》借助巧妙的选题、唯美的语言、先进的拍摄技术、国际化的叙事方式,真实地再现了中华民族精美绝伦的食物,成功地传播了中华民族传统的饮食文化,融入了丰富的生态思想。从生态文化的角度解读此片,有助于深化大众对人与自然关系的认识,提高生态文明意识,促进社会可持续发展。
A Bite of China as a documentary truly presents wonderful Chinese food with a good topic, artistic commentaries, advanced photography and international ways of narration, successfully spreading traditional Chinese food culture and embodying colorful ecological thoughts. Therefore, an ecological interpretation of the documentary helps to deepen the understanding of relationship between man and nature, to raise our awareness of ecological civilization, and to promote sustainable developments of society.
