摘要
在教学和科研中,螺旋测微装置是一种比较常见的实验仪器。在螺旋测微装置中,长度的精确测量是通过鼓轮的转动引起自身相对螺杆的微小移动,但螺杆的外螺纹和鼓轮的内螺纹之间有空隙。若不正确使用,这个空隙会给实验结果带来较大的误差,即空程差。本论文研究常见的螺旋测微装置,分析怎样避免或消除空程差,提高实验测量精度。
The screw-micrometer devices are commonly used laboratory instruments in teaching and research. In the screw-micrometer device, the length is accurately measured through the drum rotation to drive its movement relative to screw stem. While there are gaps between the threaded rod and internal nut. If not used correctly in the measuring process, the gaps will result in a bigger error, i.e., the idle-running deviation.In this paper, the u- sual screw micrometer devices are analyzed how to avoid or eliminate idle-running deviation, in order to improve the experimental accuracy.
