摘要 为了更为有效地治疗老年急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者,改善患者预后,本研究采用重组人脑利钠肽治疗老年急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者,发现其能够有效改善患者的临床症状、左室射血分数（LVEF）及生存质量,现报告如下。
