“小酒庄、大产业”是否适合现阶段宁夏贺兰山东麓葡萄酒产业

Does the "Small Winery,Grand Industry" development concept suit the current development demand in Ningxia East Helan mountain wine industry

宁夏贺兰山东麓葡萄酒产业坚持"小酒庄、大产业"的发展理念,该发展理念是在借鉴法国波尔多等成熟的葡萄酒产区现状和产业集群理论的基础上提出来的。虽然发展理念对产业的发展具有至关重要的作用,然而还没有关于"小酒庄、大产业"的发展理念是否适合宁夏贺兰山东麓葡萄酒产业的研究。此研究用产业集群的相关理论结合宁夏贺兰山东麓葡萄酒产业现状来对此问题进行了论述,填补了这个研究空白。研究显示,"小酒庄、大产业"的发展理念并不适合现阶段的宁夏贺兰山东麓葡萄酒产业发展实际,并提出了"多样性、强产业、大文化"的新型发展理念。

Ningxia East Helan Mountain area wine industry follows the ＂Small Winery, Grand Industry＂ development concept that was inspired by the status of mature wine regions like Bordeaux and the theories of industrial clusters. Although development concept is of crucial importance for a wine region, however there is no research on whether the ＂Small Winery, Grand Industry＂ development concept can suit the current development situations in Ningxia East Helan Mountain area wine industry. The research filled up the research blank by using relevant theories f^om industrial clusters with integrating the current development situation in Ningxia. The outcomes of the research showed that the ＂Small Winery, Grand Industry＂ development does not suit the practical development situations in the Ningxia East Helan Mountain area wine region. Then the new development concept of the ＂Diversity, Strong Industry, Great Culture＂ new development philosophy for the Ningxia East Helan Mountain wine industry was proposed.
