摘要
目的:了解该校实施学分制的效果,分析在学风建设中存在的问题、产生的原因,并以此来提出解决问题的对策。方法:随机抽取110名学生进行问卷调查。结果:该校医学生的学习目标缺乏,学习动力不足,学习纪律观念弱,自主学习能力较差。对策:在培养的过程中,学校应通过提高教师素质,科学管理、专业思想教育等办法,来加强医学院校的学风建设。
Objective: The study aims at finding out the status quo of academic atmosphere and measures of improvement. Method: I lO stu- dents were selected randomly and filled out a questionnaire. Results : the findings indicate that the students lack goals of academic pursuit, are inadequately motivated, have poor sense of discipline, and poor self-directed learning skills. Countermeasures:the school should improve quality of teachers, manage students in a scientific way, and develop their political thinking to build better academic atmosphere.
