摘要 目的:探索健康教育对大学生艾滋病知信行的影响。方法:采用分层整群抽样,自温州地区5所高校随机抽取1026名大学生,再随机分为两组,一组接受艾滋病健康教育,对照组未施加干预,半年后使用自行设计的规范化调查问卷进行艾滋病知识、态度和行为调查,并对不同健康教育形式的效果进行分析。结果:干预组艾滋病知晓率(72.31±12.43)%高于对照组的(68.57±12.29)%(P<0.001),其对艾滋患者包容度大,性行为更为谨慎。书刊报纸、宣传展览、专题讲座和同伴教育均是改进大学生艾滋病知信行的有效形式。结论:健康教育可改进大学生艾滋病知信行。 Aim:To investigate the impact of health education and its forms on the knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) of AIDS in col- lege students. Methods: Stratified cluster sampling was used to select a total of 1026 students from five universities in Wenzhou. All participants were randomly assigned into two groups based on the university. The intervention group were provided regular health education (HE) for 6 months. Others did not receive any kinds of HE. Participants in both groups were asked to be surveyed with self-designed, structural question- naire mainly focused on KAP of AIDS by trained investigators. Results: The average awearness rate of AIDS for the intervention group was higher than that of the control(72.31% ± 12.43% vs.68.57% ± 12.29%, P 〈 0.001). They also showed far more inclusive for AIDS and more circumspect than those of their controls. Furthermore, we also found that related books & newspapers, propaganda window, specific lectures and peer education including classmates and friends were the effective forms of affecting college students' AIDS knowledge, attitude and practices greatly. Conclusion: Health education is beneficial to improve ~he knowledge, attitude and practice on AIDS in university students. Key Words:
