住院医师规范化培训是培养满足临床需要的合格医师的重要途径,也是当前医疗改革的重要内容之一。其中,外科学轮转是住院医师规范化培训中的重要环节。由于外科培训有自身的特点,通过分析住院医师在外科规范化培训中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了一些相应的对策和策略,旨在提高住院医师在外科规范化培训中的质量。

The standardized training of resident doctor is not only a crucial way to train qualified doctors in hospitals, but also one of the important contents of current medical reform. Surgery rotation practices play a pivotal role in the training of resident doctors＇ standardization, because the training in surgery has its specific characteristics. Based on the status and existing problems on standardized training of resident doctor,we propose a set of corresponding measure for training quality with high quality in limited time,in order to make the training more stan- dardized.
