摘要
在传统模式的基础上探索智慧融合式培训模式,调查对外科专业规培住院医师进行基于微信平台辅助的腹腔镜基本技能培训实践效果与学员心理因素影响。初步实践效果良好,微信辅助教学法一定程度地优化了培训效果,明确外科专业规培住院医师的心理特点及焦虑情绪对培训效果所产生的影响。
This study aims at finding out the effectiveness of using Wechat to train the basic skills for laparoscopic and investigating learn- ers' relevant psychological factors. The learning outcome was good. The new method improved the training outcome and residents' psychological traits and the effects of their anxiety on the training were discovered.
