不同等级医院急诊科医生心理健康的对比调查

A comparison of psychological health in emergency physicians from different levels of hospitals in Wenzhou

目的:评估温州地区不同等级医院急诊科医生心理健康状况。方法:随机抽取温州地区各级医院急诊科和专科医生进行心理健康评分。结果:共调查医生188人,二、三级医院急诊科医生心理健康评分比一级医院高,三级医院内急诊科医生评分比专科医生高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:二、三级医院急诊科医生承受压力更大,同级医院急诊科医生比其他专科医生压力大,医院和社会应拟定相应的干预措施以利于其更好的服务患者。

Objective：To assess the psychological？ health status of emergency physicians in different level hospitals in Wenzhou. Methods： emergency and specialty physicians were rant^mly selected to take psychological health test. Results： 188 physicians participated the study. Physicians in the tertiary and secondary hospitals have nigher scores than those in primary hospitals. Emergency physicians have higher scores than specialty physicians, beth with significant difference（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： physicians in the tertiary and secondary face more stress and emergency physicians face more stress than specialty physicians. In order to better serve patients, administrations should make corresponding in- tervention policy.
