摘要
目的:研究情景教学法培训模式在新入职护士临床中应用效果。方法:实验组采用情景教学法培训;对照组采用传统教学法培训。结果:情境教学法培训的考核成绩、问卷各题总得分优于传统教学培训(P<0.05)。结论:采用情景教学法有助于提高新入职护士的学习兴趣,认识自身的不足,提升业务水平。
Objective:To find out the effectiveness of using medical scenarios in the training for new nurses. Methods: A randomized con- trolled trail was conducted. Results : The survey showed the average t results and total score of questionnaire in the Situational Teaching Method were better than those of the traditional method ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: the situational teaching method helps the new nurses improve the le- arning interest, recognize their own shortcoming.
