摘要
针对高压气缸设计中2个关键点缸体、缸套过盈配合的设计以及固定缸体和缸盖的螺栓预紧力设计,通过有限元计算提出了合适的过盈配合量和预紧力数据。
There are two key points in the design of cylinder. One is inte, fference fit between the cylinder and cylinder liner; the other one is pretightening force of bolts which fix cylinder and cylinder head together. The appropriate amount of interference fit and pretightening force were proposed by finite element calculation.
