Analysis of the Balance Pipe of Oil-free Process Gas Screw Compressors

讨论无油工艺气螺杆压缩机是否需要增设平衡管,介绍平衡管压降原理以及估算公式;在需要增加平衡管的情况下,讨论平衡管在螺杆压缩机组上的安装位置,分析不同的架设方式的平衡效果;通过案例分析,在实际运用中如何优化平衡管能给机组带来最优的效果,归纳出现阶段比较可行的架设方案,展望未来平衡管改良方式。

In the paper, whether the balance pipes need to add on the oil-free process gas screw compressor was talking about. The principle and estimating formula for the pressure drop of balance pipe was introduced also. When need to add the balance pipe, the installation position of the balance pipes in the screw compressor unit was discussed and the effects of different ways of installing balancing pipe were analyzed. The method of optimizing balance pipes to bring optimal effect to unit was analyzed in the actual ap- plication based on practical case. The feasible solution of installing balance pipe at this stage is summarized and the future of bal- ance pipe improvement is put forward.
