摘要
针对高陡构造地层自然造斜能力强、空气钻井井斜控制难度大的难题,文章基于空气钻井条件下的钻具组合动力学特征研究,将预弯曲动力学防斜技术应用于空气钻井中,利用带预弯曲结构的特种钻具组合空气钻井时在井眼内形成特定的涡动轨迹,引起钻具组合的统计质心向下井壁方向震动,从而实现向下井壁的冲击力。预弯曲防斜钻具组合在A井试验表明,该方法纠斜防斜效果明显,最大井斜仅1.14°,满足钻井设计要求,与邻井相比机械钻速提高了273%。
Because of the strong natural deflecting tendency of high-dip formations and the challenge of well inclination control in air drilling,the dynamic behaviors of BHA's for air drilling was studied,and the pre-bending-dynamics vertical drilling technique was applied in air drilling. A special BHA with prebending structure was used to form a specific whirling track during air drilling,letting the statistic quality center of the BHA vibrate towards the bottom side of the borehole,producing impacts on bottom well bore. The test in Well A indicated that the deflection correction or prevention effects was obvious,the max.inclination was only 1. 14°,meeting the requirements of drilling plan,the ROP was increased by 273% compared with the offset Well B.
