摘要
针对砂岩储层非均质性强、水平井水平段长、海上酸化作业受平台空间限制等特点,常规酸化技术处理效果有限。文中研制出一种新型含羧酸基甜菜碱表面活性剂,该表活剂依靠氢离子浓度变化控制酸液黏度,基于该表活剂优化设计一套适用于砂岩储层的转向酸液体系。酸液体系黏度随酸液浓度降低呈先上升后下降的趋势,当酸液浓度为7%时,黏度可达658 m Pa·s,能有效封堵高渗透层。同时该转向酸还具有良好的缓蚀性、铁离子稳定性和破乳性,表面张力低,高温流变性好等特点,现场应用效果表明,该酸液转向效果明显,酸化增产效果显著。
Because of the high heterogeneity in sandstone reservoirs,long horizontal intervals,and limited space for acidizing operations on offshore platforms, conventional acidizing technology does not produce good stimulation results. In this paper a new surfactant containing betaine carboxylate is introduced,it can control the acid viscosity by adjustment the hydrogen ion concentration. By this surfactant,a self-diverting acid system is developed for sandstone reservoirs. The acid viscosity will increase first and decrease later when acid concentration increases. The viscosity reaches 658 mpa. s when the acid concentration at 7%,able to effectively seal the highly permeable layers. This diverting acid also has high corrosion inhibition,high iron-ion stability,high demulsification performance,low surface tension,and super high-temperature rheology. This system has been used with good performance at Bohai oilfield,resulted in remarkable stimulation improvements.
