城乡二元视角下的我国基尼系数变化分析

An Analysis of the Change of the Gini Coefficient in China from the Dualistic Perspective of Both Urban and Rural Areas

文章针对我国城乡二元经济复杂性和收入来源多样性的特点,通过对国家统计年鉴等官方数据进行处理,实现全国范围内连续年度基尼系数的测算和分解,得出了我国基尼系数的长期变化规律。通过对模型的反复推导、比较和计算,避免了测算过程中的离散和不可比较的问题,直观刻画了不同收入来源对二元结构下基尼系数的影响程度。同时兼顾收入在城乡二元结构中的差异性,揭示了收入来源与收入差距的关联性,为研究我国收入差距问题提供了一个新视角。

In view of the characteristics of the complexity of urban - rural economies and the diversity of income sources, this paper realizes the calculation and decomposition of the Gini coefficient in the whole of China by the annual statistical data of the national statistical yearbook and obtains the long - term variation of the Gini coeffi- cient. Through the repeated derivation, comparison and calculation of the model, the discrete and irreversible problems in the measurement process are avoided, and the contribution degree of the different income sources to the Gini coefficient under the dual urban - rural structures is directly visualized. This paper also takes into ac- count the particularity of the income source in the dual urban - rural structures, reveals the relevance of the in- come source and the income gap,provides a new perspective for the study of China＇s income gaps.
