摘要
大数据驱动的社会治理是中国社会治理创新的重要方向和前沿趋势。系统地看,大数据驱动社会治理是大数据思维在社会治理领域的应用,但同时也需要大数据技术、大数据产业和大数据战略的支撑。大数据可以通过信息共享、数据挖掘和在线互动来促进整体性治理、精准化治理和参与式治理,全面提升中国社会治理的科学化水平。当前,在中国的政治和社会情境中,大数据驱动社会治理需要突破技术、文化、制度和结构等因素的约束,才能真正做到"名副其实"。
Social governance inspired by big data is an important direction for and trend of innovations in China＇ssocial governance. In a systemic view, social governance inspired by big data is the application of big datathinking in social governance, but also requires supports of big data techniques, big data industries and big datastrategies. Through information sharing, data mining and on - line interaction, big data is able to promote holis-tic governance, accurate governance and participatory governance, and make social governance more effective.In the context of China, social governance inspired by big data needs to break the barriers from techniques, cul-ture, institutions and structures before it is fully realized.
