摘要 [目的]为了给秸秆类固体燃料压缩设备的设计提供参考依据和基础数据。[方法]以玉米秸秆为原材料进行热压成型试验,采用单因素和正交试验设计并结合方差分析方法,研究了含水率、温度和压力对固体燃料成型效果(密度、耐久性和抗跌碎性)的影响。[结果]含水率、温度和压力会显著影响玉米秸秆固体燃料的密度,P值达到0.009 58、0.049 71和0.012 63,而耐久性和抗跌碎性始终保持较高水平。[结论]当玉米秸秆含水率为8%~12%、温度为130℃~150℃、压力约为130 MPa时,最有利于生产优质的玉米秸秆固体燃料。 [Objective]The purpose of this study was to provide reference and basic data for the design of straw fuel compression equipment. [Methods]The experiment using corn straw as raw materials for hot forming of test was carried out to study the effect of water content, temperature and pressure on the formation of solid fuels (density, durability and resistance to fragmentation) by using single factor design and orthogonal test design. [Results]The results showed that the moisture content, temperature and pressure could significantly affect the density of corn straw solid fuel, the P value was 0. 009 58, 0. 049 71 and 0. 0126 3, while the durability and the resistance to fragmentation were maintained at a high level. [Conclusion]When the moisture content of corn stalk is 8%-12%, the temperature is about 130 ℃- 150℃ and the pressure is about 130 MPa, it is most advantageous to produce high quality corn stalk solid fuel.
