煤化工作为我国工业的主力军,在促进国民经济发展中占据着关键性地位。煤化工工业具有高投入、高产出的特点,机械设备运行状态是制约煤化工企业发展的主要因素,也是产品生产的基本条件。但是,机械设备使用中,常发生磨损和变形、断裂与蚀损等问题,诱发设备故障。针对此,本文对煤化工机械设备常见故障及维修管理予以探讨。

Coal chemical work is the main force of China＇ s industry, and plays a key role in promoting the development ofnational economy.The coal chemical industry has the characteristics of high input and high output.The operation status of machinery andequipment is the main factor restricting the development of coal chemical enterprises, and also the basic condition of product production.However, in the use of mechanical equipment, such problems as wear and deformation, fracture and corrosion often occur, andequipment failures arc induced.For this reason, this paper discusses the common faults of coal chemical machinery and equipment andmaintenance management.
