随着我国现代化化工产业的不断进步与发展,化工生产的设备开始趋向于精密化、大型化、高速化方向发展,设备的科技含量在不断提升,其整体机构也更加复杂化。因此,对化工工艺设备进行有效管理和维护保养成为化工产业的重点。从化工工艺设备运行的特点及对维护保养的基本要求进行分析,提出化工工艺设备的维修与保养具体方法,旨在提升产品的质量。

With the continuous progress and development of modern chemical industry in China, chemical production equipmenttend to precision, large-scale and high-speed development of science and technology content of the equipment in continuousimprovement, the whole mechanism is more complicated.Therefore, the effective management and maintenance of chemical processequipment has become the focus of the chemical industry.In this paper, the characteristics of chemical process equipment operation andthe basic requirements of maintenance are analyzed, and the concrete methods of maintenance and repair of chemical process equipmentare put forward, in order to improve the quality level of enterprise product production.
