摘要 催化裂化装置是炼油生产中重要的生产单元,因其工艺复杂、设备种类繁多、操作关联度紧密导致生产操作难度大,尤其是开停工过程中的操作。催化裂化装置开停工过程中,通过对分馏稳定岗位的操作及流程优化,达到安全、平稳、高效、快速开停工操作的目的。 Catalytic cracking unit is an important production unit in oil refining production.Because of its complicated process andwide variety of equipment, the operation correlation degree is very difficult, especially in the process of opening and closing operation.In the process of opening and closing the catalytic cracking unit, the operation and process optimization of the fractionated stableposition are achieved, aiming at the safe, stable, efficient and quick opening and closing operation.
