对炼油厂硫回收工艺特点进行分析,从原料酸性气的组成、热反应段和催化反应段等方面,分析硫收率相关影响因素及提高装置硫回收率的可行性方案,并对过程气及尾气再热方式进行了阐述。

In this paper, the characteristics of sulfur recovery process in oil refinery were analyzed.The influencing factors ofsulfuryield and the feasibility of sulfur recovery were analyzed from the aspects of composition, thermal reaction and catalytic reaction of rawmaterials.Process gas and tail gas reheat method were described.
