摘要
主要阐释了高吸水性树脂的工业化生产工艺,对于当代的工业化生产中进行生产时所接触到的性能的细节实例进行分析。以氧化还原材料为引发剂,这样反应较为平稳,而且过程中的温度变化不大。经过研究,这种工艺方法可以便利地调控树脂的吸水强度,以及调节吸水凝胶的强度,比较适用于单线生产规模。
This paper mainly explains the industrial production process of superabsorbent resin, and analyzes the details of theperformance of the modem industrial production.The use of relatively low performance of the redox raw material initiator, so thereaction is more stable, and the process of temperature change is not.After research, this method can facilitate the control of the resin' swater absorption strength, and adjust the strength ofabsorbent gels, more suitable for single-line production scale.
