摘要
往复压缩机作为在石油化工行业中尤为重要的固定设备,其工作状态也是影响石油化工企业运转的主要因素,直接关系到企业的生产经营及盈利能力。往复压缩机的安全、稳定工作是维持石油化工生产秩序的重要保障。由于往复压缩机的工作机理与结构特点,其管道结构与气体介质系统在往复压缩机的运转中极易受激荡力的作用产生系统振动,从而导致往复压缩机工艺管道产生剧烈的振动或共振,给往复压缩机造成极大的损害,影响其运转的安全性与稳定性。因此分析了往复压缩机工艺管道振动,并阐述了几种常用的消减措施。
The reciprocating compressor as the fixed equipment is particularly important in the petroleum chemical industry, themain factors affecting work condition is petrochemical enterprise operation, directly related to the production and operation of enterprisesand enterprise' s profit ability.The safety and stability of reciprocating compressor is an important guarantee for maintaining the orderof petrochemical production.Because the working mechanism of reciprocating compressor and its structure characteristics, structure andgas pipeline systems are vulnerable to surging force generated in the system vibration of reciprocating compressor operation, resulting ina dramatic process of reciprocating compressor pipeline vibration or resonance, causing great damage to the reciprocating compressor,affecting the safety and stability of its operation.This paper analyzes the vibration of pipeline in reciprocating compressor, and expoundssome commonly used countermeasures.
