摘要 竹叶提取物中富含种类丰富的酮类化合物,这些酮类化合物具有优异的抗氧化能力、还原能力,不仅可以用于食品防腐中,还在医药领域具有广泛的应用,是治疗心血管疾病药物的重要原材料,是一种纯天然的活性成分,在现代临床医学中具有重要的应用。在前人研究的基础上,选取了几种竹类植物并对其提取物中的酮类物质的抗氧化性、还原性以及清除DPPH自由基的能力进行了测定,发现其具有丰富的化学抗氧化清理,可作为食品和医药领域中重要的生物活性原料,同时无污染和毒副作用,适合大面积进行推广。 the rich variety of ketone compounds in extract of bamboo leaf, these ketones has excellent antioxidant capacity,reducing power, not only can be used for food preservation, is widely used in the field of medicine, is an important raw material fortreatment ofcardiovascular disease, is a kind ofnatural active ingredients, has important applications in modern clinical medicine.Basedon the previous research selects several kinds of bamboo plants and ketones in the extracts of oxidation resistance, reducing capacity andscavenging DPPH were measured, and found it has antioxidant rich chemical cleaning, can be used as an important raw material forbiological activity in the field of food and medicine, and no pollution and the adverse effects, suitable for large area promotion.
