基于FLAC3D的综放沿空留巷开采技术研究

摘要 综放开采在我国煤矿开采中应用较多,但该技术的煤炭回采率偏低。沿空无煤柱留巷是解决该问题的首选方法。主要以平舒煤矿综放工作面为工程背景,运用数值模拟软件FLAC,对沿空留巷期间围岩应力分布、顶底板位移量随工作面距离变化规律、不同几何宽度下沿空留巷充填体应力分布进行了数值模拟,并对留巷充填体变形量和围岩变形量进行了实测,为相似生产条件下的沿空留巷开采提供理论借鉴。 Fully mechanized caving mining is widely applied in coal mining in our country, but the coal recovery rate is low. The technology of the coal pillar along the empty lane is the preferred method to solve the problem. Mainly pincho coal caving face as the engineering background, numerical simulation software FLAC is used on gob period stress distribution of surrounding rock, roof and floor displacement with the working face distance changes, different geometric width of gob filling body stress distribution was simulated, and the roadways deformation of backfill and surrounding rock deformation are measured for similar production conditions along the goaf mining to provide a theoretical reference.
