摘要
通过分析刮板运输机的工作原理与失效原理,结合实际工程,给出了利用数学模型及MATLAB优化工具箱对刮板运输机进行优化设计的防碰对策,以延长刮板运输机的工作寿命,节约煤炭企业运输成本。
Through the analysis of the working principle of scraper conveyor principle and failure, combined with the actual project, this paper gives the optimization design of the anti-collision measures of scraper conveyor by using the mathematical model and the optimization toolbox of MATLAB, so as to prolong the working life of the scraper conveyor, is conducive to saving coal transportation costs.
