摘要
研究了多个工厂近年来液压支架导向套普遍遇到的锻造问题,根据生产工艺实践并结合金属变形的理论基础,提出了几种改进方案。在锻造工艺中始终坚持基本的体积基本不变原理,通过扩大孔径来增加导向套的外型尺寸,减小了无缝导向套的厚壁,旨在提高产品质量。
The number of factories in recent years hydraulic support oriented set of commonly encountered problem of forging, according to the actual production process on the basis of the theory and practice of metal deformation, some improved schemes are proposed. In forging process always adhere to the basic principle of constant volume, by expanding the aperture to increase the size of the guide sleeve. The thick wall seamless guide sleeve in order to improve the product quality.
