摘要
介绍了刮板运输机槽体磨损机理,提出了槽体磨损解决方法,针对堆焊工艺进行试验并对试验结果进行分析讨论。试验结果表明,这种堆焊工艺可以被广泛地用在刮板机各类槽体中、底板极易磨损部位的修复的问题上,对磨损问题有很大帮助。
This paper introduces the scraper conveyor trough wear mechanism, puts forward the solving method for groove wear, welding process test and the test results were analyzed and discussed. The experimental results show that the welding process can be widely used in various types of scraper trough, the bottom is easy to repair the worn parts of the problem, is of great help to wear problems.
