Calculation of residual excess pore pressure in seismic design of hydraulic structures

摘要 水工建筑物地震分析中,超孔隙水压比是判断土体是否液化与计算地震动土压力时的基本参数。针对美国规范水工建筑物抗震设计中超孔隙水压力的计算问题,介绍场地循环应力比、等效循环应力比、液化触发系数等概念,并考虑工程实际情况,通过一个重力式码头设计实例说明其计算步骤。结果表明,本方法可以解决土体超孔隙水压比的估算问题。 The residual excess pore pressure ratio is used as the basic parameter for the evaluation of liquefaction potential and seismic design of hydraulic structures. For the purpose of clarifying the approach of calculation of residual excess pore pressure in United States code, the cyclic stress ratio causing liquefaction, the equivalent cyclic stress ratio and the factor of safety against liquefaction are discussed.An example of gravity quay is provided to illustrate the calculation of dynamic earth pressure including residual excess pore pressure.The results show that this method can solve the estimation problem of soil excess pore water pressure ratio.
