铁、锌、钙离子在三种食用菌菌丝体中的富集及对其生长的影响 被引量:15

Effects of Fe^(2+),Zn^(2+) and Ca^(2+) on Mycelium Growth and Its Biological Enrichment in Mycelia of Three Edible Mushrooms

摘要 采用PDA平板和PDB液体摇瓶培养方法,比较了铁、锌和钙离子在香菇(Lentinula edodes)、金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)和刺芹侧耳(Pleurotus eryngii)菌丝体中的富集及对其生长的影响。结果表明:铁、锌和钙离子可以在香菇、金针菇和刺芹侧耳菌丝中富集。实验范围内,铁离子促进香菇和金针菇生长的浓度均为5.6~28.0 mg/kg,当浓度超过279.3、279.3、28.0 mg/kg时抑制香菇、金针菇和刺芹侧耳菌丝生长。锌离子促进香菇生长的浓度为3.3~6.0mg/kg,当浓度超过653.8、327.0、327.0mg/kg时抑制香菇、金针菇和刺芹侧耳菌丝生长。钙离子浓度超过1721.7、8608.5、8608.5mg/L时抑制香菇、金针菇和刺芹侧耳生长。 Using PDA plate and liquid flask culture, the effect of Fe2+ , Zn2+ and Ca2+ on mycelium growth rate and its biomass of Lentinus edodes 4754, Flammulina velutiper 5013 and Pleurotus eryngii 4065 were checked, and enrichment coefficients of these ion were calculated. The results showed that these ions were enriched in mycelia all of three edible mushrooms. Fe2+ promoted the growth of L. edodes and F. velutiper mycelia with concentrations of 5.6-28.0 mg/kg, but inhibited the growth of L. edodes, F. velutiper and P. eryngiiunder when concentration exceeding of 279.3,279.3,28.0 mg/kg, respectively. Zn2+ stimulated the growth of F. velutiper mycelia with concentrations of 3.3 mg/kg, while inhibited the growth of L. edodes, F. velutiper and P. eryngiiunder when concentration exceeding of 653.8,327.0, 327.0 mg/kg, respectively. Ca2+ stimulated L. edodes, F. velutiper and P. eryngii mycelium growth when concentration exceeding of 172.7,8608.5,8608.5 mg/L.
