摘要
以重力+旋风组合装置及陶瓷管过滤器组成的串联除尘装置作为冶金行业的烟气除尘技术,研究了该套装置的初始压降及其分离性能。结果表明,无论是串联系统还是其中的两个单体装置,其初始压降都随气量的增加而明显增加。一定气量下,初始压降由大到小依次为:串联系统>陶瓷管过滤器>重力+旋风组合装置。随着气量和进口含尘浓度的增加,串联系统的分离效率都能达到99.99%以上。在相同气量条件下,两种单体装置及其串联系统的进口含尘浓度变化对压降的影响都不大;相反,在相同进口含尘浓度条件下,随着气量的增大,两种单体装置及其串联系统的压降都有明显的上升趋势。
Series dust collector composed of gravity settling - cyclone separator device and ceramic filter was the main technology of flue gas removal in metallurgical industry. The initial pressure drop and separation property of series dust collector was studied in this paper. The results showed that the initial pressure drop increased obviously with the increase of gas volume, either in series or in two single units. For a certain amount of gas, the initial pressure drop from large to small was as follows: series system, ceramic filter and gravity settling- cyclone separator assembly. The separated efficiency of the system could reach more than 99.99% with the increase of gas volume and inlet dust concentration. Under the same gas volume, the inlet dust con- centration had little influence on the pressure drop of the two single units and their series unit. On the contrary, the pressure drop of the two units and their series unit increased obviously with the increase of gas volume under the same inlet dust concentration.
