自动反冲洗过滤器滤筒密封有限元仿真分析

摘要 以自动反冲洗过滤器滤筒密封为研究对象,应用ANSYS WORKBENCH对O形圈进行了有限元分析,并比较了不同介质压力、不同压缩率下,O形圈的等效应力和接触压力的受力情况。结果表明:O形圈仅受径向压缩率时,von-Mises等效应力随着压缩率的增大而增大;O形圈在介质压力的作用下,von-Mises等效应力随着介质压力的增大而增大;O形圈与滤筒、壳体间的接触压力随着介质压力的增大而增大,随着O形圈压缩率的增大而增大。 Taking the cartridge seal of the automatic back flushing filter as research object, the finite element analysis of O-ring was carried out by using ANSYS WORKBENCH. The equivalent stress and contact pressure of O-ring under different pressure and compression ratios were compared. The results showed that the von-Mises equivalent stress increased with the in- crease of the compression ratio when the O-ring was only affected by the radial compression rate. The von-Mises equivalent stress increased with the increase of the pressure of the medium. The contact pressure between the O-ring and the filter cylinder increased with the increase of the compression ratio of the O-ring and the pressure of the medium.
