摘要
商业化的高磺化度磺化聚砜膜由于吸水率和溶胀度相对较高,而导致在实际离子交换应用中无法保证良好的机械性能。采用具有良好机械性能的聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为交联剂,与商业化的高磺化度的磺化聚砜(SPSU)在高温下进行热交联反应,控制不同的SPSU/PVA质量比,均得到了吸水率与溶胀度大大减小的明显结果。并且经高温热交联后,明显提高了膜的机械性能和热稳定性能,显示交联膜具有良好的工业化应用前景。
Due to the relatively high water absorption and swelling degree, the sulfonated polysulfone membrane with high sulfonation degree cannot guarantee the good mechanical properties in the application of ion exchange. Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) with good mechanical properties was used as crosslinking agent to react with high sulfonation degree polysulfone (SPSU) at high temperature in this study. The results showed that the water absorption rate and swelling degree decreased greatly with different SPSU/PVA ratio, the mechanical properties and thermal stability of the membrane had been improved significantly after high temperature thermal crosslinking and the crosslinked membrane had good prospect of industrial application.
