液压管路过滤器的理论计算与试验分析

摘要 合理的液压管路过滤器需在清洁液压系统工作介质的基础上,尽可能的降低阻力损失从而保证系统的正常工作。为了防止液压管路过滤器堵塞系统,从理论上研究了液压管路过滤器的阻力损失,并进行试验验证。通过对比发现,将液压管路过滤器的阻力损失划分为过滤面损失、波纹结构损失、骨架损失和壳体损失进行计算,得到的理论计算结果与试验结果相似,满足设计误差要求,因此通过理论计算设计液压管路过滤器可行。 In addition to cleaning the working medium of hydraulic system, the reasonable hydraulic pipeline filter also needs to reduce the resistance loss as far as possible to ensure the normal operation of the system. In order to prevent the block- age of hydraulic pipeline filter, the resistance loss of the hydraulic pipeline filter was studied theoretically and verified by ex- periments. The results showed that the resistance loss of hydraulic pipeline fiher could be divided into the loss of filter surface, the loss of corrugated structure, the loss of skeleton and the loss of shell. The theoretical calculation results were similar with the experimental results, and met the design error requirements. So it was feasible to design the hydraulic pipeline filter by theoreti- cal calculation.
