基于POI数据分析的商务产业集聚区的分布特征及关联因素研究——以南京为例

Distribution Characteristics And Connected Factors Of The Agglomeration Area Of Business Industry Based On Poi In Nanjing

商务产业在现代生产性服务业中占据重要地位,其集聚分布也随着新兴商务产业的涌现而不断调整,通过研究商务产业分布特征及关联因素,对优化生产性服务业分布结构以适应未来产业发展有重要意义。文章基于POI数据在GIS平台的空间分析,从南京市商务产业的分布集聚区着手,同时引入spss统计学分析方法,结合POI数据进一步探索交通区位、土地开发、服务设施分布等多项因素对商务产业集聚区的影响机制,提出南京市商务产业的空间分布规律。

Business industry takes an important place in the modern producer services industries, and the distribution characteristics of business industry continues to adjust with the emergence of emerging business industries. Through the study of the distribution characteristics and associated factors of business, It is of great significance to optimize the distribution structure of producer service industry to adapt to the future development of the industry. Based on the spatial analysis of POI data in GIS platform, this paper starts from the distribution area of Nanjing commercial industry. At the same time, this paper uses statistical analysis method in SPSS platform and POl data to further explore the influence mechanism of transportation location, land development and service facilities distribution on business industry agglomeration area, and put forward spatial distribution law of Nanjing business industry.
