Ruins and Artificiality——Discussion on the Influence of Two Elements at Memorial Sites

历史遗址本是纪念性场所设计的根源。文章基于南京大屠杀纪念馆的建造与改扩建,通过研读设计改造的理念与序列,并基于作者多次实地踏勘的体验,研究纪念性场所设计中元素与人情感变化的关联,探讨历史遗址与人造物两类元素影响祭奠人群情感的差异。

Historic ruins is the original element of monumental designs. Based on the idea and sequence of the transformation and construction of the Nanjing Massacre Memorial Hall, as well as author＇ s several field visits on the spot, the article studies the relationship between the existing elements and human emotion in the design of the memorial places, then discusses historical ruins and artificial beings, two types of elements, which affect crowd＇ s mood when visiting the memorial place.
