基于服务范围的社区公园空间布局均衡性研究——以深圳市南山区为例

Study on Spatial Distribution equilibrium of Community Parks Based on valid Service Areas——A Case Study of Nan Shan District in Shen Zhen

社区公园作为居民最易接近的公园绿地,其空间布局的是否均衡直接影响居民日常交往、游憩、锻炼活动。构建基于服务范围布局均衡的社区公园体系,有助于促进邻里交往,增强社区凝聚力和主动干预人群健康。文章以深圳市南山区社区公园为例,首先采用基尼系数和洛伦兹曲线方法,在整体区域层面研究其布局的均衡性;然后采用网络分析法,在街道层面研究其与建筑物的匹配程度,进而评价其分布均衡性。结果表明南山区社区公园空间布局存在不均衡现象,某些地区社区公园重复建设,而其他地区社区公园又相对缺乏。

Community parks, as the most accessible green space to residents, helping promote neighborhood communication and enhance community cohesion,The spatial distribution of the community parks＇ equilibrium is of great significance to the residents＇ daily life. In this paper, In this paper, we taking the community park of Nanshan District in Shenzhen as an example, the Gini coefficient and the Lorenz curve method are used. To evaluate its distribution, at the level of street, we use the geographic information system （GIS） network analysis technology, study its degree of the matching with the building. The results show that there is an im equilibrium in the spatial distribution of the community parks in Nanshan District, the community parks are duplicated in some areas, while the community parks in other areas are relatively lacking.
