摘要
华富邨是香港公共房屋建设的典型案例,也是香港公屋环境与城市环境融为一体的首个项目。类似的开放项目在香港被称为"市镇型公屋"。结合国内要求住区向城市开放的背景,本文通过对华富邨案例的研究,以期在规划设计层面提供可供借鉴的经验。
Wah Fu Estate is a typical case of public housing in Hong Kong, which is also the first trial of interaction between public housing and urban space. Similar projects in Hong Kong are known as＇ self-contained community＇ . The thesis tries to draw lessons from Wah Fu Estate and provides reference for the planning and design of residential areas in China.
