轨道交通建设对城市周边地区发展作用影响研究——以北京轨道交通平谷线为例

Research On The Rail Transit Construction Influenced The Development Of Surrounding Areas——A Case Study Of Pinggu Urban Rail Transit Line

伴随我国城市规模的不断扩大,居民出行需求的不断增加,具有大运量、便捷、绿色的轨道交通公共出行方式逐渐成为居民出行的首要选择。近些年,我国已经进入轨道交通建设的快速发展时期,但是,在实际建设发展中出现了轨道交通建设对于引导城市发展的作用无法真正发挥,甚至制约城市发展的问题出现。本文通过探析轨道交通建设对于城市发展的影响,以及北京轨道交通平谷线建设对轨道沿线地区从交通可达性、城市空间布局、产业发展等方面的影响进行研究,希望为我国轨道交通建设与沿线土地使用的协调发展提供规划策略方面的参考。

Along with the continuous expansion of city in our country, residents travel demand increased, with large capacity, convenient and green public transportation rail transit has gradually become the first choice of residents. In recent years, our country has entered the rapid development of rail transit construction period, however, in actual construction development orbit transportation construction to guide urban development can＇t really play, even the problems which restrict the deveropment of the city. In this article, through analysis of rail transit construction for urban development and the influence of Beijing rail transit line pinggu construction of track along the region from traffic accessibility, urban space layout, to study the influence of industrial development, hope for urban mass transit construction and land use along the lines of the coordinated development to provide planning strategy in terms of reference.
