江浙地区就"民宿经济"展开了富有成效的探索和实践,涌现出了一批成功的民宿模式,但各地区民宿发展的基础迥异,经济特点不同,因此,不同区域情境下的民宿建设有着不同的发展方式,在建筑设计层面伴随着发展方式的不同而带来了具体的设计模式。

In the regions of Jiangsu and Zhejiang, the exploration and practice of B＆B economy proves to be fruitful. A number of successful B＆B models emerges in the process. However, owing to the distinctive development conditions and different features of the local economy, the construction practice of B＆B varies from region to region, hence specific design modes was brought about by the different ways of development at the level of construction design.
