摘要
从污泥中筛选到 13株产絮凝剂的菌株 ,经复筛得到 1株具有较高絮凝活性的菌 ,该菌产絮凝剂的适宜培养条件为 :培养基起始 p H=7.5 ,培养时间 2 4 h,培养温度 30℃ ,摇床转速 170 r/min,培养基用量 10 0 m L。与传统絮凝剂絮凝沉降石化废水的对比 ,微生物絮凝剂的絮凝效果好 (浊度去除率达 90 .1% ) ,絮凝剂的用量低。
strains of mircroorganisms, which were found to produce flocculant, were isolated from activated. After prescreening, a strain with high flocculating activity was obtained. The optimum culture conditions are: initiative pH is 7.5, culture time is 24 h, culture temperature is 30 ℃,rotation speed 170 r/min, the dosage of the culture is 100 mL.Compared with the use of traditional flocculant in petrochemical wastewater, microbial flocculant can not only result in reduction of flocculant′s usage but also bring about extremely purification results (the turbidity removal ratio amounted to 90.1%).
