饮食控制、运动锻炼联合泰山磐石散合玉液汤治疗妊娠期糖尿病临床效果评价

Clinical Effect Evaluation of Diet Control and Exercise Combined with Taishan Panshi San and Yuye Tang for Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的:观察饮食控制、运动锻炼联合泰山磐石散合玉液汤治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床效果。方法:选取84例妊娠期糖尿病气阴两虚证患者,并根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组各42例,对照组采用胰岛素治疗,观察组采用饮食控制、运动锻炼联合泰山磐石散合玉液汤治疗。比较2组治疗前后血糖的变化、并发症发生情况以及婴儿围产期结局。结果:治疗后,2组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血酮水平均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血酮水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。观察组产褥期感染、子痫前期、早产、羊水过多、巨大儿、新生儿窒息的发生率均低于对照组,新生儿体重轻于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:采用饮食控制、运动锻炼联合泰山磐石散合玉液汤治疗妊娠期糖尿病有良好的疗效,可较好地控制血糖水平,不良妊娠结局也能够得到显著改善,是较为理想的治疗方式。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of diet control and exercise combined with Taishan Panshi San and Yuye tang for gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods ： Selected 84 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus of Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome,and divided them into two groups according to the different treatment methods,42 cases in each. The control group was given insulin,and the observation group was given diet control and exercise combined with Taishan Panshi San and Yuye tang for gestational diabetes mellitus. Compared changes of blood glucose,occurrence of complications and perinatal outcomes of the two groups before and after treatment. Results： After treatment, fasting blood glucose,postprandial two hours blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood ketone levels of the two groups were all lower than those before treatment（P〈0.01）. Fasting blood glucose, postprandial two hours blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin,blood ketone levels of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. Incidence of puerperal infection, preeclampsia, premature delivery, polyhydramnios,macrosomia, asphyxia of the observation group was all lower than that of the control group,birth weight of infant in the observation group was lighter than that of the control group（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Diet control and exercise combined with Taishan Panshi San and Yuye tang has good clinical efficacy,which can control levels of blood glucose,improve adverse pregnancy outcomes and is a good treatment method.
