葆宫止血颗粒辅助曼月乐治疗异常子宫出血临床观察

Clinical Observation of Baogong Zhixue Granules Assisting Mirena for Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

目的:观察葆宫止血颗粒辅助左炔诺孕酮宫内节育器系统(曼月乐宫内节育器)治疗异常子宫出血的疗效。方法:按自愿原则将异常子宫出血患者分为2组,对照组41例单纯宫内放置曼月乐宫内节育器,实验组43例放置曼月乐宫内节育器后,有阴道出血时即口服葆宫止血颗粒,比较2组患者治疗后前3个月经周期的有效率及治疗前后的血红蛋白值、子宫内膜厚度及经期天数。结果:治疗3个周期后,实验组有效率为97.67%,对照组有效率为85.37%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后第1月、2月、3月的子宫内膜厚度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组治疗后第1月、2月、3月的血红蛋白值均高于对照组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组治疗后第1月、2月的经期天数均较对照组缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后第3月时,实验组经期天数少于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组均有3例患者出现不良反应。结论:葆宫止血颗粒辅助曼月乐宫内节育器和单纯使用曼月乐宫内节育器治疗异常子宫出血均疗效显著、安全,不良反应少;葆宫止血颗粒在异常子宫出血的治疗中有明确辅助作用。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Baogong Zhixue granules assisting levonorgestrel intrauterine device（Mirena intrauterine device） for abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods ：According to the voluntary principle,patients with abnormal uterine bleeding were divided into two groups randomly. Mirena intrauterine devices were placed in 41 cases in the control group and 43 cases in the experiment group. And Baogong Zhixue granules were additionally given to the experiment group orally when vaginal bleeding happened. Compared the effective rate before and 3 menstrual cycles later in both groups,and compared hemoglobin,endometrial thickness and menstrual period in both groups before and after treatment. Results：After three months of treatment,the effective rate was 97.67% in the experiment group and 85.37% in the control group,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. Compared endometrial thickness in both groups 1,2 and 3 months after treatment,there was no significance in differences（P〈0.05）. Hemoglobin in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group 1,2 and 3 months after treatment,but there being no significance in all differences（P〉0.05）. Menstrual period in the experiment group was shorter than that in the control group 1 and 2 months after treatment（P〈0.05）. Menstrual period in the experiment group was shorter than that in the control group 3 months after treatment,while there being no significance in the difference（P〉0.05）. There were 3 cases of adverse reaction in both groups. Conclusion： The therapy of Baogong Zhixue granules assisting Mirena intrauterine device and the therapy of pure Mirena intrauterine device both have markable effect in treating abnormal uterine bleeding. They are safe and have less adverse reaction. Baogong Zhixue granules have exact assistant effect in treating abnormal uterine bleeding.
