中西医结合治疗小儿厌食症疗效观察

Effect of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine for Children Anorexia

目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿厌食症的临床效果。方法:纳入100例脾失健运证厌食症患儿,随机分为2组各50例,对照组口服葡萄糖酸锌口服液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上使用自拟小儿厌食方治疗。2组均治疗12周。统计治疗4周、8周、12周的体质量增加、喂养、睡眠与间断性腹痛等情况。结果:治疗后,总有效率观察组为98.0%,对照组为82.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗4、8、12周的体质量增加、喂养情况、睡眠情况、间断性腹痛情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿厌食症有助于增加患儿体质量,改善患儿的食欲和睡眠情况,疗效优于单纯服用葡萄糖酸锌口服液治疗。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy for children anorexia. Methods：Selected 100 anorexia children with the syndrome of spleen failing to transport and transform,and divided them into two group with 50 cases in each randomly. The control group was given Zinc gluconate oral liquid, and the observation group was given self-made Xiaoer Yanshi prescription based on the treatment of the control group. Treatment of the two groups both lasted for twelve weeks. Record the weight increase,feeding,sleep and intermittent abdominal pain after the fourth,the eighth and the twelfth week of treatment. Results：After treatment,the total effective rate was 98.0%in the observation group,and was 82.0% in the control group,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. In the follow-up of the twelfth week, eosinophile granulocyte of the two groups was lower than that of the admission day, eosinophile granulocyte of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Weight increase,feeding,sleep and intermittent abdominal pain of the observation group were all better than those of the control group, the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy can promote weight,improve appetite and sleep status of patients in treating children anorexia,which has better effect than use Zinc gluconate oral liquid only.
