吕景山对法治疗糖尿病并抑郁症的疗效观察及护理体会

Clinical Observation and Nursing Experience of LYU Jingshan Pairing Therapy for Diabetic and Depression

目的:观察吕景山对法配合中医特色护理治疗糖尿病并抑郁症患者临床疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分为2组各45例,对照组予抗抑郁治疗,观察组予吕景山对法配合中医特色护理治疗,疗程均为14天,比较2组治疗前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、糖尿病患者特异性生活质量量表(DQOL)及不良反应。结果:治疗后,2组SDS、HAMD、DQOL均有不同程度好转,分别与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DQOL积分分为生理、精神/心理、社会关系、治疗4个维度。治疗后,2组生理维度、精神/心理维度、社会关系维度、治疗维度积分均有不同程度降低,治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组较对照组降低更明显,2组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组使用本治疗方案过程中未出现严重不良反应。结论:本研究采用吕景山对法配合中医特色护理治疗糖尿病并抑郁症患者安全、有效,效果优于对照组。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of LYU Jingshan pairing therapy combined with characteristic Chinese medicine nursing for diabetic and depression. Methods ：Divided 90 cases of patients into two groups randomly,45 cases in each group. The control group received anti-depression treatment,while the observation group received LYU Jingshan pairing therapy combined with characteristic Chinese medicine nursing. The course lasted for 14 days. Compared self-rating depression scale（SDS）, Hamilton depression scale（HAMD）, diabetes-specific quality of life scale（DQOL） and adverse reaction in both groups before and after treatment. Results ：After treatment,SDS,HAMD and DQOL in both groups were all improved when compared with those before treatment, differences being significant（P〈0.05）. Significant difference was found in the comparison between the two groups（P〈0.05）. DQOL scores included four domains ： physiological domain,spiritual or psychological domain,social relationship domain and treatment domain. After treatment,scores of physiological domain,spiritual or psychological domain,social relationship domain and treatment domain in both groups were all declined to some extent,differences being significant（P〈0.05）,and the decrease in the observation was more obvious than that in the control group, the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. Comparison between two groups showed significance in differences（P〈0.05）. No serious adverse reaction was found in the observation group during the application of the therapy.Conclusion：The therapy of LYU Jingshan pairing therapy combined with characteristic Chinese medicine nursing for diabetic and depression is safe and effective,and its effect is superior to that of the control group.
