摘要
对某公路翻浆路段进行现场调查 ,测定土工格栅的力学指标 ,分析土工合成材料防治路基翻浆的基本原理 ,提出具体的设计和施工方法。结果表明 :土工织物可防止粗粒料陷入路基软土层 ,阻止翻浆形成。而土工格栅的加筋作用可扩散交通荷载、限制路基变形以减小车辙深度 ,提高路基承载力和延长使用寿命。
Soft silty clay from the deposit underlying the subgrade erupted to the surface in a 'soil boil'characteristic at the highway 318 within the boundaries of Enshi , Hubei province, during April to May, 1996. Results of an investigation into the properties of this soil were carried out, and the mechanical parameters of the bi oriented geogrid used for practice were tested. The basic principle, design and construction method of geosynthetics for stabilizing subsoil boiling of pavement were presented. The results show that the geotextile can prevent effectively the subgrade from boiling, and avoid the base layer, made up from granular material, sinking into the soft subgrade. The reinforcing effects of geogrid can minimize the forming ruts occur at the base, confine the aggregate and distribute the traffic load, and increase the bearing capacity and service life of the base of road in soft subgrade. The effectiveness of geosynthetics for stabilizing boiling of soft subgrade had been demonstrated in engineering practice.
